This Privacy Policy explains how Norman Lake (also referred to as “Caronix”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in Car Rental Tycoon (the “Game”).

Information the Game Does Not Require
Car Rental Tycoon is a single-player mobile game. Based on the current implementation:
- The Game does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, home address, or payment-card details to play.
- The Game does not provide cloud synchronization for game progress.
- Game progress, settings, virtual currency, tickets, car inventory, and other local game state are stored in the Game’s local application storage on your device.
- The Game does not request access to your contacts, microphone, camera, photos, or precise location.
- We do not use the Game to collect the content of your messages, calls, or other applications.
If you voluntarily submit information through the feedback form linked from the Game, that information is handled as described in Section 5.

Information That May Be Collected
The information collected depends on your device, operating system, consent choices, advertising settings, and the third-party services enabled in the version of the Game you use.
2.1 Device, application, and technical information
Our analytics, attribution, advertising, and diagnostic providers may process information such as:
- Device type, model, manufacturer, operating system, and operating-system version.
- App version, build number, package or bundle identifier, and SDK version.
- Country or region, device language, locale, and time zone.
- Network and connection information.
- IP address or an approximate location derived from an IP address, where provided by a service provider.
- Session identifiers, installation identifiers, device identifiers, and advertising identifiers such as the Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA/IDFV, where available and permitted.
- Crash reports, error information, performance diagnostics, and information about the circumstances of a crash.
The Game does not intentionally attach your real-world name or contact details to these identifiers. If you voluntarily provide contact details in feedback, those details may be associated with your message.
2.2 Gameplay and usage information
The Game sends gameplay and product-performance events to analytics services. These events may include:
- App-open and session activity.
- Starting and completing rental orders.
- Starting a new game.
- Buying or selling cars.
- Opening junkyard rewards.
- Changes to in-game money and tickets.
- Progression counters, such as started or completed orders.
- Use of features, screens, and monetization flows.
These events are used in aggregate or pseudonymous form to understand how the Game is used, improve balance and usability, diagnose problems, and measure the performance of marketing and monetization features.
2.3 Advertising and attribution information
The Game uses Appodeal to display rewarded video advertising. Appodeal and the advertising networks participating in its mediation may process device information, advertising identifiers, ad requests, impressions, clicks, completions, diagnostics, and other information needed to deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertising.
The exact advertising partners may vary by platform, country, availability, and the mediation configuration used for a particular build. We do not control the privacy practices of those independent advertising partners. Please review their privacy notices where applicable.
The Game also contains Tenjin and AppMetrica integrations for attribution and marketing measurement. These services may process device, application, install-source, advertising, and campaign information to help us understand where installations come from and how campaigns perform.
2.4 Purchases and transaction information
The Game offers optional in-app purchases, including tickets and an unlock for a special vehicle. Purchases are processed by the relevant app store, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number, bank-account information, or store password.
The Game and its measurement providers may receive or process purchase-related information such as:
- Product or SKU identifiers.
- Purchase price and currency.
- Quantity.
- Transaction identifier.
- Platform purchase receipt or signed purchase payload, where supplied by the app store.
- Information needed to grant, restore, validate, and measure an in-app purchase.
The current implementation forwards purchase measurement data, including receipt or signed-payload data where available, to GameAnalytics and Tenjin. This information is used for purchase validation, attribution, fraud prevention, accounting support, and aggregate business analytics.

How We Use Information
We may use information for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Game.
- To save local progress and maintain game settings on your device.
- To deliver in-app purchases and restore eligible purchases.
- To provide rewarded advertising and measure ad performance.
- To understand gameplay, progression, retention, and feature usage.
- To diagnose crashes, errors, performance issues, and compatibility problems.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, unauthorized purchases, and security incidents.
- To provide customer support and respond to feedback.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
- To create aggregated or de-identified reports that do not reasonably identify an individual.
Depending on your location and the processing activity, our legal bases may include providing the Game you requested, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Game, complying with legal obligations, and your consent where consent is required by law. We will obtain and respect consent choices where applicable to analytics, advertising, attribution, and cross-app tracking.

The Game may use the following services. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy notices and terms:
Google Firebase Analytics
Purpose: App and usage analytics.
Information that may be involved: Device and app information, identifiers, sessions, and app events.
Firebase Crashlytics, if enabled in the shipped build
Purpose: Crash and diagnostics reporting.
Information that may be involved: Crash traces, installation identifiers, and device and app details.
GameAnalytics
Purpose: Gameplay, progression, resource, and purchase analytics.
Information that may be involved: Device and app identifiers, gameplay events, virtual-resource changes, and purchase events.
AppMetrica by Yandex
Purpose: App analytics and install attribution.
Information that may be involved: Device and app metadata, sessions, events, install source, and advertising identifiers where available.
Tenjin
Purpose: Marketing attribution and purchase measurement.
Information that may be involved: Device and app metadata, advertising identifiers where available, attribution data, and transaction or receipt data.
Appodeal
Purpose: Rewarded advertising and ad mediation.
Information that may be involved: Device and advertising identifiers, technical data, ad-interaction data, and diagnostics data.
Google Play and Apple App Store
Purpose: Payment processing and purchase restoration.
Information that may be involved: Store-account and transaction information handled under the applicable store’s own policies.
Google Forms
Purpose: Voluntary feedback.
Information that may be involved: Information submitted by the user and data handled by Google.
We may update this list when the SDK configuration, mediation partners, or distribution platforms change. The published Privacy Policy must match the SDKs and advertising networks present in the released builds.

Feedback Information
The Game contains a link to a Google Forms feedback form. If you choose to open or submit that form, Google may collect information according to its own privacy policy and the configuration of the form. Any information you type into the form, including an email address or message, is provided voluntarily and may be accessible to us and to Google.
Please do not include sensitive personal information in feedback unless it is necessary to resolve your request.

Advertising Choices and Consent
You may be able to reset or limit your device advertising identifier, disable ad personalization, or manage tracking permissions through your device settings and platform controls.
On iOS, access to the IDFA and cross-app tracking is subject to Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework and your permission choice. If you do not grant permission, the Game must respect that choice and should not use the IDFA for tracking.
Where required by applicable law, we will request consent before enabling non-essential analytics, personalized advertising, or attribution that requires consent. You may withdraw consent or change your choices using the controls made available in the Game or through your device or platform settings.
The exact controls available to you may depend on your location, operating system, and the version of the Game.

How We Share Information
We may share information with the service providers listed in Section 4 when they process it on our behalf or provide services integrated into the Game. We may also disclose information:
- When required by law, legal process, or a lawful request from a public authority.
- To protect the rights, property, safety, or security of the Game, our users, or others.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
- With professional advisers and auditors who are subject to confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell your name, email address, or other information that you voluntarily submit to us. Advertising and attribution providers may process device identifiers and related information under their own terms for advertising measurement, attribution, fraud prevention, and, where permitted, advertising purposes.

International Transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have data-protection rules that differ from the rules in your country. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual safeguards or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Local game data remains on your device until you delete the Game, clear its application data, or otherwise remove it through your device’s settings. Uninstalling the Game may not delete every record held by an app store or third-party provider.
- Support and feedback information is retained for as long as needed to respond, resolve the issue, maintain records, and protect our legal interests.
- Analytics, attribution, advertising, crash, and purchase-measurement data may be retained by the relevant provider according to its own retention policy, contract, and configuration.
- Purchase and accounting records may be retained for the period required for fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Request access to personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of personal information.
- Request restriction of or object to certain processing.
- Request portability of information where applicable.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Opt out of certain advertising or attribution processing.
- Complain to a data-protection authority.
To submit a request, contact playoteka@gmail.com and include enough information for us to understand and verify the request. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We may also need to retain certain information where required or permitted by law, for example to prevent fraud or comply with accounting obligations.
Because the Game does not provide user accounts or cloud saves, local game progress can generally be removed by uninstalling the Game or clearing its application data. Deletion of analytics, advertising, attribution, or purchase records may also require coordination with the relevant third-party provider.

Children’s Privacy
The Game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without the consent required by applicable law.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at playoteka@gmail.com. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child in a manner not permitted by law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Before publication, the publisher must confirm the intended audience and applicable age thresholds. If the Game is directed to children, or is intended for a mixed audience that includes children, this section and the SDK configuration must be reviewed for COPPA, GDPR-K, UK, EU, Apple, Google Play, and other applicable requirements.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Third-party SDKs generally use encrypted network transport, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The Game stores local progress in device application storage. The current game code does not provide a separate encrypted cloud-save system. Payment-card details are handled by the relevant app store and are not stored by the Game.

The Game may open third-party websites, including the privacy-policy page and the feedback form. We do not control the privacy practices of third-party websites. Please review the privacy notice of each website or service you use.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, our services, applicable law, or our data practices change. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the Game or through the applicable app store.
